Trump SoHo

Construction of Trump SoHo, being developed through a joint venture of The Trump Organization, The Sapir Organization and Bayrock Group, has reached an important milestone, as this signature building officially “topped off” on November 10, 2008. With so much anticipation surrounding SoHo’s first hotel condominium, it was an exciting day to say the least.

At 46 stories high, Trump SoHo is one of the most luxurious and important hotel projects in recent memory. The hotel condo suites have been selling to those for whom a short-term retreat in the Big Apple complements a jet-set lifestyle. Grand opening of the hotel is expected to take place before the end of 2009. In the meantime, work continues full speed ahead on the hotel suites and amenities.
